9.29.22 FISHING REPORT

What can you say about September of 2022? Dry & tough! And that was just the fishing. LOL! That's not 100% true. We had days when the fishing was pretty dang good. It was just a month of on and off.

If memory serves, we only had two nights of rain. With August heat dropping the lake about a foot and a half... the little rain in early Sept just got us back to normal. Then it dropped back a foot.

Typical thermocline fishing was the pattern on most days. Ripping up an underspin was the way I got the majority of fish. At least we had a nice cold front come in on this last week. Come on Fall fishing!

OH! I forgot to mention... I did set a new lake record! WTF? You say? See the pic.
