8.26.22 FISHING REPORT

It was so hot and dry, the trees were shedding leaves like it was Fall. Stressed, they were. Then, this last week brought us all the way back. Most of it in one day! We needed it. This has the fish scattered around a bit, but they should settle back into their normal routine soon.

Ganged-up at about 12ft over deeper water attacking the shad. Typical summer pattern. Jerkbaits and the underspin. Pretty much dominated the month of August.

Let's hope for a mild September!
