The month of June has flown by. It was a month of rain and heat. But it was a good month for fish, too.

The majority of bass were caught with the square-bill. But the Wobble-head did some damage as well. When we found them schooling, we caught fish on many different lures, including the Karashi, under-spin, and the Rapala DT-8. This DT has found a place when the thermocline is in place. So, it will be thrown from May through October.

The coolest part of this June is the fact that I turned my boat in to have all new carpet and a padded front deck. SO jazzed to get it back for the summer run.

Hopefully July and August aren't TOO hot... but they probably will be. LOL!
