10.27.25 FISHING REPORT

Here we are, at the end of October. Water temp is falling and so is the thermocline. No turnover, yet, at the time of this writing. But, soon. At 72.5 deg, it will most likely happen in stages. Back sections 1st, then deeper areas.

October was up and down. That's because the air temps were all over the place. 90 one week, 55 the next. Finally got some much-needed rain, too.

We ended on a high note with a client catching a 6lb-15oz bass. (Pic) This fish would probably go 9-10 in February. In addition, the deep-diving crankbait bite is on! One of my favorite things to do for larger bass. It's difficult on this lake, but in specific spots, it works well! Speed crank and pause. BAM!

Fall is just about on us. Once the turnover clears...game on!

Come Attack the Nac!
